Licensed since 2013, Kist has been the Broker of Record for eXp Realty in New Jersey since 2017. In that role, he supervises more than 2,500 agents spread across 40 offices statewide.

Kist has spent roughly ten years on NCJAR’s Professional Standards Committee, including time as its Chair, and has also worked as an educator and instructor in the industry.
