The nationwide infrastructure of iT1 merges with Nucleos's AchieveDXP platform to broaden educational and workforce training opportunities for the learners who require them most.

Partnering with iT1 provides us with a far more robust foundation to advance our mission: assisting individuals everywhere in reaching their aspirations, particularly those who gain the greatest advantage from technology.”— Noah Freedman, founder of NucleosTEMPE, AZ, UNITED STATES, July 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — iT1, a worldwide technology solutions firm with twenty years of public-sector experience, revealed today that it has acquired Nucleos, the digital experience platform that powers education and workforce training for nontraditional learners throughout the United States. The newly unified business will operate as iT1 Nucleos LLC.

By joining forces, the combined entity will accelerate what neither organization could accomplish independently: delivering high-quality education, credentials, and career pathways, on a large scale, to learners who have historically been left out—such as incarcerated adults, formerly incarcerated individuals, employed adults seeking upskilling, and students in underfunded K-12 and community college districts. For years, iT1 served as Nucleos's sales channel, hardware, infrastructure, and managed-services partner, jointly providing solutions to universities, community colleges, school districts, state departments of corrections, county jails, and juvenile detention centers. This acquisition solidifies that existing collaboration under one unified organization.

Nucleos, which was established in 2015, created AchieveDXP, a digital experience platform that consolidates identity management, security, analytics, and learning records across more than 185 course providers and learning applications. Partner integrations include Coursera, WGU, EssentialEd, GoEducate, CareerEdge, Geographic Solutions, HonestJobs, Canvas, Blackboard, CypherWorx, iCEV, NCCER, and IXL. Currently, AchieveDXP is active in more than 40 deployments across 10 U.S. states, serving over 15,000 learners each year and recording more than 17,000 course completions.

"Joining forces with iT1 gives us a much stronger platform to continue and expand our mission: helping people everywhere achieve their goals, especially those who stand to benefit most from technology," said Noah Freedman, founder of Nucleos. "I'm grateful to everyone who helped us get here, and to the learners, educators, and administrators we work with every day. We're honored to keep building human-centered technology that serves everyone."

"From the start of our relationship with Nucleos, we shared the same passion of using technology to help an underserved community," said Bryan Clifton, iT1 co-founder. "Their platform, team, and mission align perfectly with how we assist our public-sector customers. We are committed to keeping the mission intact and giving it the engine to reach further."

The combined company will continue to manage Nucleos's existing customer relationships and product roadmap without any interruption. All current contracts, deployments, support obligations, and relationships with educators and learners will be transferred to iT1 Nucleos LLC. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
