The September 19 gathering brings together leaders from aviation, education, workforce, public safety, business, and media to discuss drones, careers, and the future of work.

The television episode may introduce people to my journey, but I want the evening to introduce them to the opportunity—and show them where they fit in the future of drone technology.”— Steffanie Rivers, Founder, TCB Drones

DALLAS, TX, UNITED STATES, August 22, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Steffanie Rivers, the founder of TCB Drones, is transforming a national television milestone into a broader discussion about entrepreneurship, drone technology, and the future of work as NEXT LEVEL CEO: The TCB Drones Red Carpet Premiere arrives in Dallas on Saturday, September 19, 2026.

Approximately 100 invited and registered guests from aviation, education, workforce development, public safety, government, entrepreneurship, business, and media will gather at the National Aviation Education Center, located at 5657 Mariner Drive in Dallas, for the event.

The evening’s theme is: “The Journey. The Vision. The Next Level.”

Rivers, however, does not intend for the event to be merely a television watch party.

“The episode is the centerpiece, but it shouldn’t be the entire event,” Rivers said.

Her NEXT LEVEL CEO appearance will act as a springboard for an expanded experience aimed at helping guests grasp where drone technology is heading, what opportunities it is generating, and how people and organizations can engage in the sector’s ongoing expansion.

“Although my NEXT LEVEL CEO episode is the feature, I want to give guests a glimpse into the world of TCB Drones and what is to come for drone technology as we lead the way,” Rivers said.

A RED CARPET WITH A BUSINESS PURPOSE

NEXT LEVEL CEO: The TCB Drones Red Carpet Premiere is being crafted as a blend of a Hollywood-style red-carpet affair, a strategic networking reception, a technology exhibit, and an inspirational premiere.

Planned features include red-carpet arrivals, professional photography, guest and media interviews, strategic networking, drone technology displays, workforce-development discussions, the screening of the NEXT LEVEL CEO episode, and a live post-screening dialogue with Rivers.

The aviation setting is deliberate.

Instead of a conventional ballroom experience, TCB Drones intends to use the National Aviation Education Center to foster a wider conversation about aviation, emerging technology, and the future workforce.

THE GAP BETWEEN TECHNOLOGY AND OPPORTUNITY

Drone technology is already deployed across public safety, infrastructure, inspections, construction, agriculture, emergency response, delivery, education, and other fields.

Still, many students, workers, entrepreneurs, schools, and organizations lack a clear understanding of how to enter the industry or prepare for the opportunities being created.

That is the gap TCB Drones is working to close.

Drone technology can represent more than just equipment. It can become a career, a professional certification, a business venture, a workforce-development program, or a gateway into aviation and emerging technology.

Through training, education, and industry engagement, TCB Drones helps individuals and organizations learn how to use unmanned aircraft systems safely, legally, and professionally.

BRINGING THE RIGHT PEOPLE INTO THE ROOM

The guest strategy for September 19 is intentionally broader than a typical television-premiere audience.

Expected attendees include corporate executives, aviation professionals, technology firms, drone-industry representatives, workforce-development leaders, educators, HBCU representatives, STEM and career-technical-education leaders, public-safety professionals, government officials, entrepreneurs, investors, community leaders, journalists, television and radio personalities, podcast hosts, and content creators.

Select students and emerging leaders in aviation, drone technology, STEM, career and technical education, and entrepreneurship are also anticipated to take part.

The goal is not simply to fill a room.

It is to create a space where relationships can turn into opportunities.

FROM THE RED CARPET TO THE NEXT LEVEL

One of the most significant moments of the evening is expected to occur after the television episode concludes.

Following the screening, Rivers plans to engage in a live conversation centered on the idea “From the Red Carpet to the Next Level.”

The discussion will cover what viewers did not see on television, the challenges behind Rivers’ entrepreneurial journey, lessons learned from the NEXT LEVEL CEO experience, the future of drone careers, opportunities for young people, and the next phase of growth for TCB Drones.

The aim is to shift the conversation from what happened on television to what comes next.

For Rivers, the desired outcome is that guests arrive interested in her television appearance but leave with an understanding of the broader mission and vision behind TCB Drones.

SHOWING GUESTS THE FUTURE OF DRONE TECHNOLOGY

Throughout the evening, TCB Drones plans to demonstrate applications of drone technology in public safety, inspections, construction, agriculture, infrastructure, emergency response, delivery, education, and workforce development.

The event will also serve as a platform to highlight TCB Drones’ educational work, community impact, and commitment to expanding access to aviation and technology opportunities.

The overarching message is that technological change is already underway.

The question is whether individuals, businesses, schools, and communities are preparing themselves to be part of it.
