Through this agreement, Rocket Doctor will become accessible to over 100,000 eligible covered lives within participating individual Medicare Advantage PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) and Commercial health plans across the New York City metropolitan region, as well as selected upstate counties.
These figures do not account for the millions of members covered via administrative services only (ASO) or self-insured plans. Furthermore, the payer is part of a national reciprocal network initiative, which allows eligible members from other states to use Rocket Doctor’s in-network physicians when traveling within New York.
With this most recent agreement, Rocket Doctor now has access to roughly 10 million covered lives throughout New York and approximately 24 million covered lives across the United States, leveraging its expanding roster of commercial and public payer partnerships to support the Company’s goal of scaling reimbursed, physician-led care. The agreement, finalized on July 15, 2026, carries an initial one-year duration, with automatic one-year renewals unless either party terminates or declines renewal as per its provisions.
Rocket Doctor’s initiatives allow patients to connect with licensed physicians from their homes for services such as urgent care, chronic disease management, preventive health, pediatrics, and mental health support. Through in-network participation, qualified members can obtain these services using their current insurance coverage, which may lower out-of-pocket expenses and enhance care convenience.
