Co‑hosted by the Financial Sector Development Program (FSDP), Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Insurance Authority (IA), and co‑organized by Fintech Saudi and Tahaluf, Money20/20 Middle East will link global financial leaders with the companies, institutions and regulators that are shaping the next wave of financial services in Saudi Arabia and across the region.

The 2026 edition is anticipated to draw more than 38,000 participants, together with 350 showcasing brands, 350+ speakers, over 600 investors and 150 startups, underscoring Riyadh’s expanding role as a hub for the global and regional financial system.

Steve Durning, Assistant Vice President at Tahaluf, said: “The speed of change across financial services is remarkable, and Money20/20 Middle East provides a venue where the people driving that change can meet. Riyadh will bring together global and regional leaders beyond talk to focus on forming partnerships and fueling investment that will define the next era of fintech. We look forward to welcoming the global money ecosystem to the Kingdom for three days of impactful connections, dialogues and opportunities.”

This year’s agenda will concentrate on several of the most impactful trends reshaping financial services, including artificial intelligence, autonomous finance, open banking, embedded finance, payments, regulation, capital access and cross‑border financial infrastructure.

These discussions will occur across the Executive Summit, NextGen Money, The Bridge, The Capital Stage, The Boardroom, Off The Record and offering industry leaders spaces to share insights, build relationships and explore new avenues of cooperation.

The Next‑Gen Money programme will feature Godfrey Sullivan, Senior Vice President, Head of Products & Solutions, CEMEA at Visa, in the live demo session “Trust in the Age of Agentic Commerce.” The session will examine how AI agents can handle transactions for consumers, including merchant selection, payments and authorisation, as well as queries about refunds, disputes and liability.

Godfrey Sullivan said: “Agentic commerce is opening a new phase in how people find, choose and pay. As AI becomes more woven into everyday shopping, the industry has a vital role to play in making these experiences secure, trusted and seamless. Money20/20 Middle East is an excellent platform to discuss with the payments ecosystem what it will require to move agentic commerce from innovation to practical adoption.”

Joy Admas, Chief Operating Officer, Digital Assets Transformation, Corporate Bank at Deutsche Bank, will participate in a conversation focused on constructing intelligent financial institutions, while Tony Ashraf, Managing Director at BlackRock, will join a session exploring what follows payments as instant payment networks and programmable financial infrastructure increasingly converge.br>
