UK-based EV technology firm Electrogenic has purchased the operations of TREMEC Electric GT, securing a long-term presence in the United States as it moves forward with its North American growth strategy.
Taking over the California-based company strengthens Electrogenic’s leading role in the EV powertrain sector and provides it with a location in Huntington Beach – an optimal springboard to broaden its North American activities.
This deal follows several years of steady expansion for Electrogenic within the North American marketplace. By setting up its US headquarters, Electrogenic will supply its cutting-edge EV powertrain technology to a wider customer base in North America, backed by improved local support.
