Among the earliest major companies to occupy space in CEC’s signature building, the firm is partnering with the zone to renovate its offices as it looks ahead to long-term growth.

GEORGE TOWN, KY, CAYMAN ISLANDS, August 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Eightpoint Technologies Ltd. SEZC today underscored its enduring dedication to the Cayman Islands, revealing a current undertaking with Cayman Enterprise City (CEC) to further enhance its Signal House workspace.

Eightpoint Technologies has been part of Cayman Enterprise City since 2018 and counted itself among the first significant enterprises to establish an office at Signal House, CEC’s 40,000-square-foot premier facility that debuted in 2024 as the central node for the zone’s network of over 450 businesses. The ongoing project will improve and rearrange the company’s area within the building, and it proceeds under the understanding that Eightpoint Technologies commits to staying there for the foreseeable future.

The company manages its commercial operations from George Town, and its leadership lives on the island. Eightpoint Technologies is headed by Thomas Redford, a UK national serving as President, and is supervised by a board whose membership primarily consists of UK and US citizens.

“We arrived in the zone in 2018 and moved into Signal House right after it opened, so this marks the second occasion we have fitted out space here,” said Thomas Redford, President of Eightpoint Technologies Ltd. SEZC. “We are putting money into these offices because Grand Cayman is where our team and leadership are situated, and we are dedicated to being here for the long run. CEC has acted as a true partner in supporting that dedication, and the footprint we have created here demonstrates it — Grand Cayman is where we conduct our business and where our staff is constructing for tomorrow.”

Grand Cayman provides the company with a steady, English-common-law jurisdiction, a well-developed professional services industry, robust global connectivity, and an international workforce. Eightpoint Technologies collaborates closely with its affiliate, Eightpoint Interactive, Inc., which runs out of Fort Myers, Florida. With a varied team spread across the United States, Eightpoint Interactive’s management group, located in Fort Myers, Florida, is fully composed of US citizens, and a majority of its board members are US citizens.

"Eight years spent in Cayman Enterprise City is a genuine achievement," said Deniz Gezgin, Chief Executive Officer of Eightpoint Interactive, Inc. "Grand Cayman has evolved into a true technology hub, and it is wonderful to see Eightpoint Technologies continuing to invest there. Congratulations to Thomas Redford and the entire team."

“Eightpoint’s sustained investment in Cayman exemplifies precisely the sort of long-term dedication the CEC special economic zone was designed to foster. Over the past eight years, Eightpoint has developed a substantial operational presence and expanded alongside our dynamic and growing innovation ecosystem. Its additional investment at Signal House provides a powerful validation of the CEC model and of Cayman as a location where global technology firms can function with assurance, invest with stability, and plan for the future," said Charlie Kirkconnell, Chief Executive Officer of Cayman Enterprise City.
