The 9,516-square-foot residence introduces Davila Homes’ latest design direction while transforming a sloped homesite into a layered indoor-outdoor experience.

MONTVERDE, FL, UNITED STATES, October 12, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — MONTVERDE, FL — Davila Homes has unveiled the Hawthorne, its third Model Home within the Estate Collection at Bella Collina, introducing a new design direction for the luxury homebuilder’s upcoming 2026–2027 collection.

Rather than working around the natural contours of the land, the Hawthorne embraces them. The Bella Collina homesite features a significant elevation change, and Davila Homes leaned into that topography to craft a residence with distinct zones for living, gathering and recreation. The result is a home that feels shaped by its setting, not imposed upon it.

The 9,516-square-foot residence includes 6,517 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, one half bath, two stories and a four-car garage. High ceilings and expansive interiors create a sense of grandeur, while the layout fosters a seamless relationship between the indoors and the surrounding landscape.

That relationship is most evident outside. The main outdoor living area centers on a pool, and the property's natural slope descends to a lower level with a beach tennis court. Instead of a single flat backyard, the changing elevation yields a collection of distinct outdoor spaces, giving the property the ambiance of a private resort tucked into the terrain.

“The Hawthorne introduces a new vision, design language and trends for our 2026–2027 collection,” said TJ Davila, Founder of Davila Homes. “It marks the beginning of a new chapter for Davila Homes and the next evolution of our designs.”

Architecture and landscape are deeply intertwined throughout the Hawthorne. Each space was deliberately planned to bring the outdoor experience into daily life, creating an organic flow from the interiors to the pool terrace and the recreation areas below.

“The high ceilings, the outdoor space and the resort feeling bring the outdoors inside and create a unique home design,” said Davila. “Designing around the elevation of this homesite was a challenge, but it also created an opportunity to do something different.”

For Davila Homes, the Hawthorne is more than just another model home. It signals the continued growth of the builder’s design portfolio and demonstrates how thoughtful architecture can harmonize with the land, producing experiences that wouldn't be achievable on a flat, conventional lot.

The Hawthorne also strengthens Davila Homes' foothold in Bella Collina. With more homesites in the community than any other builder, Davila Homes has carved out a notable presence within the 1,900-acre private enclave, where rolling hills, scenic lakes, championship golf and sweeping views provide a distinctive backdrop for residential design.

As part of Davila Homes' expanding collection at Bella Collina, the Hawthorne gives prospective buyers and real estate professionals a firsthand look at the builder's approach to architecture, craftsmanship and indoor-outdoor living.

The Hawthorne Model Home is now available for private tours by appointment at Bella Collina.
