Now in its fourth year, the gathering brings together leaders from insurance, housing, restoration, and retrofit to enhance the property lifecycle through data, workflows, and technology
INTRConnect Europe 2026 is where executives see how data, technology, and collaboration drive smarter decisions — boosting performance and improving outcomes for everyone who relies on property”— Michael Porter, SVP, International Insurance Solutions, CotalityBIRMINGHAM, UNITED KINGDOM, July 22, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Cotality™ UK (the former CoreLogic®), a data-driven tech firm connecting the property ecosystem, has announced INTRConnect™ Europe 2026, its premier event for property professionals in the UK. The conference will be held at The Vox in Birmingham on Tuesday, 29 September 2026.
Highlighting the growing need for cross-sector collaboration, this year’s summit for the first time unites professionals from the UK’s major insurers and the insurance supply chain alongside other key players in the UK property sector — including energy retrofit contractors, housing associations, the private rental sector, and social housing leaders.
The theme for 2026, Intelligence Beyond Bounds®, encourages attendees to interpret data, uncover insights, and take action across a home’s full lifecycle — from insurance claims and reinstatement to retrofit and compliance. This strategy targets the sector’s common aim of increasing efficiency while reducing disruption for policyholders and residents.
Sessions will demonstrate how Cotality’s newest advances in Seamless Workflows, Cognitive Imagery, Interoperability, and Sustainability enable organisations to reach faster, more informed decisions.
The agenda is organised into three breakout tracks:
– Property insurance: open, peer-level discussions on AI maturity with senior executives from the UK’s top insurers, plus a critical review of regulatory expectations around Consumer Duty
– Property restoration: workshops on improving business performance and unlocking hidden capacity through automation, along with a strategic roadmap for adopting energy-efficiency and modern sustainability workflows
– Retrofit and social housing: hands-on sessions focused on enhancing resident outcomes while managing climate risk, retrofit delivery, compliance, funding constraints, and digital execution across housing portfolios
The day also includes a motivating guest keynote, networking opportunities, a signature afterparty, and an interactive industry exhibition.
Michael Porter, Senior Vice President of International Insurance Solutions at Cotality, commented: “Across insurance, restoration, and housing, teams face pressure to accomplish more with fewer resources and to act faster. INTRConnect Europe 2026 is where leaders see how data-driven technology and collaboration transform that pressure into quicker, smarter decisions — optimising business performance and improving the experience for everyone who depends on a property.”
Registration is now open, with a 20% discount on group bookings of five tickets. To view the agenda and register, visit the INTRConnect Europe 2026 website.
The 2026 summit builds on the success of 2025, when over 400 professionals and 29 expert speakers participated across three breakout tracks.
