Widely regarded as the most distinguished recognition for the country’s most accomplished independent and entrepreneurial ventures, the list honors organizations that have achieved extraordinary expansion while fostering innovation, generating employment, and influencing the economic landscape. Previous recipients include such well-known names as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle, and Patagonia.

“Earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 for a second year in a row is a powerful affirmation of the progress we’re making at CiraSync,” stated Kyle Reesing, the company’s CEO. “Our growth stems from sustained investment in our product, AI functionalities, sales and marketing teams, and our widening network of partners. We’re pleased with what we’ve achieved, but we’re even more enthusiastic about the future as we transform CiraSync into an AI-native people data management platform that intelligently links, enriches, and disseminates employee information across the entire organization.”

This year’s Inc. 5000 highlights a fresh cohort of enterprises that are redefining the meaning of growth. Spanning sectors from artificial intelligence and cutting-edge manufacturing to healthcare, consumer goods, and professional services, these businesses are broadening their influence, creating employment opportunities, and demonstrating that entrepreneurial drive continues to power the U.S. economy. Within the 5,000 companies featured, the median three-year revenue growth rate reached 130%, and these organizations have collectively introduced more than 627,208 jobs to the American economy over the last three years.

(Some honorees may have since gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue threshold for 2022 is $100,000; for 2025, it is $2 million.
